We need a roommate...
Hello strangers,
As some of you may or may not know (or care) Patrick has recently moved out of the house. He will soon (or sometime) be moving to Japan (or Hawaii) to intern for a Taiko fellowship (his dream?) SOO, this means there is an open room to rent!
Its even the nice upstairs one, right next to the bathroom- of which you only share with Chris (and maybe the people who come over) I also from time to time clean it so it is clean most of the time.
There is a very cool dog that you would have to not mind. He does tricks, sit, stay, jump, shot him dead…..also eats trashy when he feels jealous or ignored. (Making him have to go to the vet for surgery)
The house it nice, clean spacey, full of happy fun creative people….. We all love food and cooking so you would have to like that. Its a nice neighborhood as well, families, far enough away from craziness but close to what you need… plus there is a super great Scandinavian bakery only a block or two away… super cheap too. OH and golden gardens is just RIGHT THERE… 5-10 min walk.
Rent isn’t crazy high, but from some it isn’t cheap either… 360 a month…..
THINK ABOUT IT, or tell someone who is cool about it.
